Introducing your coach, Ingrid Deif
Hello and welcome!
Thank you for being here. I applaud the curiosity and initiative that has prompted you to visit this site, and I look forward to hearing your unique story. Let me start the conversation by telling you a bit about my journey, the inspiration behind KindVision Leadership Coaching.

My professional life has been a mosaic of experiences that have now come together to form a clear picture of what I am meant to do, going forward. The thirty second snapshot of my career reads this way: grounded in behavioral and health sciences and enriched by years as a communications specialist, my skills, talents, and purpose have converged here — to serve as a guide for leaders who want to explore and harness the power of human-centered leadership to uplift people, unlock their potential, and inspire excellence. By serving as a bridge between insight and action, my coaching introduces leaders to evidence-based practices and strategies they can begin adopting today, setting into motion a ripple effect that multiplies the positive impacts every day.
Should you wish to know more, here is the back story — let’s rewind to where it began.
As an undergraduate majoring in psychology and sociology, the study of human behavior and interaction fascinated me, as it does to this day. Going on to earn Master’s degrees in two health disciplines, exploring the concepts of health and wellness would become throughlines of my professional life.
As the Senior Vice President of a health policy research organization, I discovered my greatest strength to be in the domain of communication, specifically in the form of writing. I have nurtured and applied this talent ever since, principally as a freelancer. I use the power of words to inform, inspire, and engage people in all sorts of ventures that seek to elevate the human condition — workplace wellness programs, social impact ventures, mental health initiatives.
In recent years, the writing opportunities coming my way were starting to feel disjointed and lacking the clarity of purpose I was hungry for. Then, a role surfaced that pointed me in the direction of what has become my “North Star.” It involved taking a deep dive into researching and writing about what it means to be an inclusive leader, what takes to build an inclusive workplace culture, and why it matters.
As a series of projects on leadership development followed, my wealth of insight on the subject grew exponentially. A framework for human-centered leadership – fueled by empathy, respect, civility, and kindness – began to take form. The steady advance of AI has further illuminated these exclusively human domains as ones that only human leaders can fill and must now do so with a heightened level of intentionality and skill.
So, today, with my talents, passions, and knowledge base in quite perfect alignment, I am thrilled to
introduce KindVision Leadership Coaching. I invite you to join me on this path to discover the wellspring of potential that this human-centered approach unlocks.
Ingrid
